Rally Partner Privacy Policy

Rally Partner is owned and operated by Codium Systems ("Rally Partner", "we", "us"). We run the Rally Partner mobile app for finding, booking and playing padel matches in Pakistan, and the Rally Partner club admin website used by padel clubs. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
When you use the player app

| Playing level and questionnaire answers | To estimate your starting level and suggest matches at the right level. |
| Matches, bookings, results and ratings | To run matches, calculate level changes and show your match history. Results and levels are visible to other players. |
| Profile details you choose to add: city, best hand, court position, preferred match type and time to play | Shown on your profile so players can find good partners. All optional; change or clear them in Edit profile. |
| Who you follow and who follows you | Your followers and following lists and counts are visible to other players on your profile. We use them to show matches from people you follow and to tell your followers when you open a match. |

| Payment receipts (screenshots or PDFs of your bank transfer) and the amount | Shared with the club so it can check your payment and confirm the booking. Rally Partner never handles your money and never asks for card or banking passwords. |

When a club uses the admin website
Club staff: name, mobile number and/or email address, used to sign in and manage their club. We also hold the club's details, including its address, contact numbers, bank account for player payments, courts, prices and photos, and the bookings the club records (including customer names and phone numbers entered by the club for phone or walk-in bookings, which only that club can see).
2. How we use information
- To provide the service: sign-in, matches, bookings, payments between you and clubs, refunds, results, levels, chat and notifications.
- To keep the service safe: preventing fraud and abuse (for example limiting how many sign-in codes can be requested).
- To fix problems and improve the app.
- To contact you about your matches or your account.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Other players, in matches you create, join or ask to join: your name, photo, gender, level, results and chat messages. Any player can also see your profile: name, photo, level, city and playing preferences (if you added them), statistics, played matches with their scores, and your followers and following lists.
Clubs you book with: your name, photo, level, payment receipts and, if needed, refund details. Clubs are responsible for how they use this information in their own business.
Service providers that run parts of Rally Partner for us, only for that purpose:
- Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage; servers in India)
- Vercel (club admin website; servers in India)
- SendPK and Meta/WhatsApp (delivering sign-in codes)
- Expo, Apple and Google (delivering push notifications)
- Sentry (crash reports)
- an email delivery provider (emails to club staff, such as invitations and password resets)
Some of these providers process data outside Pakistan.
Authorities, if the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
- Your account: until you delete it.
- When you delete your account (Profile → Delete account):
- We remove your name, photo, phone number, notifications, push tokens and refund details, and you can no longer sign in.
- Matches you played stay in other players' histories and ratings, shown as "Deleted player".
- Payment receipts and refund records: kept for up to 3 years because clubs need them for their accounts and for resolving payment disputes, then deleted.
- Sign-in and security logs: kept for up to 90 days.
5. Your choices and rights
- See and correct your name, photo, gender, city and preferences in the app (Profile → Edit profile).
- Followers: unfollow anyone, or remove someone from your followers, at any time.
- Delete your account in the app at any time (Profile → Delete account). If you can't, contact us.
- We may ask you to leave or finish upcoming matches first, or wait for a refund a club owes you.
- A club's admin account is closed by contacting us.
- Ask for a copy of your personal information, or ask a question, by contacting us at info@codiumsystems.com.
- Location and notifications: turn them off at any time in your phone's settings.
6. Security
Your information is stored in a secured database with access rules, so each person and club sees only what they should. Payment receipts are stored privately and shown to the club only through short-lived links. No system is completely secure; if you think your account has been misused, contact us straight away.
7. Children
Rally Partner is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly create accounts for them. If you believe a child has an account, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we will tell you in the app before they take effect. The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.
